Sophia is a holistically centred creative, stylist, and mind-body architect.

Through her work she explores the relationship between identity, embodiment, and personal style, examining how the way we dress can influence how we feel, move, and show up in the world.

With a background as a fashion buyer and training in Pilates and somatic wellbeing, Sophia brings a unique integrative perspective to style and self-expression. Her approach is rooted in the belief that authentic style begins with alignment, when mind, body, and spirit feel safe enough to be seen.

Style is not just how we look; it is also an expression of who we are. A quiet dichotomy between belonging and individuality. True belonging comes only after we find the courage to vulnerably express who we really are. Clothing becomes more than aesthetic; it becomes a language through which we communicate identity, emotion, and presence.

Deeply influenced by fashion, art and design, she explores the somatic experience of dressing—how fabric, silhouette, colour and proportion interact with the body and nervous system to shape confidence, presence and identity. This philosophy is reflected in her Instagram space, where fashion, mindset, embodiment and lifestyle intersect with curiosity and intention.

In 2013 she founded Olistica Pilates in Hertfordshire, a wellbeing collective centred on somatic movement and nutrition. This work deepened her understanding of the body’s intelligence and continues to inform her perspective on style as a lived, physical experience.

Sophia continues to inspire a growing community through her grounded presence, creative intuition, and ability to translate complex ideas about identity, embodiment and style into something both profound and accessible.
